RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in
manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment
mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be
accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the item’s page. Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 30 days to return the item(s). Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customer’s expense. Once your return has been inspected, please allow 7 business days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase. Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.
To request your Return Authorization Number, please follow these steps:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Albcorp order, you can return your merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. The following options are available to you.
Refund: Items can be returned for a refund to the original method of payment if returned within 30 days.
Cancelling Orders: Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled for a refund if it has not been processed by the shipping department. After the order is sent to the Shipping department, the order cannot be changed or canceled. If you cancel the order by refusing the shipment the delivery, return shipping will be subtracted from your refund.
Damaged/Defect Goods: Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order, we will determine wither replacements can be sent immediately or if a claim with the shipping company needs to be filed. Please keep all original packing materials.
Buyer is responsible for shipping on a return: All items being returned must have all original packaging and tags. All items must be in New Condition, not altered in anyway and must be free of all dog hair/stains/odors. If items arrive with any of the above issues, product will be returned to the customer and a refund will not be issued.

Typographical Errors
